The fence banner in digital print is made from our selected DigiTex polyester fabrics in weights of 125 and 215 grams/m². Both materials are extremely robust and tear-resistant. The base color of the fabrics used is white. The difference between the two fabrics lies not only in the weight but also in the raw density. The 125 grams/m² variant exhibits high opacity. In direct contact (contact opacity), the background can be glimpsed. In the case of the 215 grams/m² variant, the contact opacity is at 98%.
Finally, the weight increases a wrinkle-free and stable suspension.
The DigiTex polyester fabrics stand out for their excellent processing, brilliant and even color reproduction. Furthermore, the fabric is weather-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Finally, the high weight allows for a smooth and wrinkle-free suspension. This is particularly crucial in outdoor settings.
With our textile direct printing machines, we are able to reproduce any color values, photos, and color gradients brilliantly. The color design is done in the CMYK process and is applied unilaterally to the fabric through textile direct printing. The ink used is water-based and therefore environmentally friendly. It is fixed onto the fabric at approximately 180 degrees after application.
The banner can be equipped with various finishes and corresponding accessories as an option. The range includes eyelets, the attachment of hollow hems, to the installation of ties.
Finally, the banner is hemmed with a double industrial seam and can be additionally reinforced with a reinforcing tape on the back.
In this version, the DigiTex fabric is provided with the property of flame retardancy. This meets the requirements of EN 13501-1.
